The name suggests otherwise, but these ribbons are vegan. They’re, in fact, made of polyester. Thanks to the superior quality and the fact that you can wash the ribbons, they’re super durable.

How long are the ribbons?

All ribbons are 160 cm long.

Can I wash my ribbons?

Yes you can! We use high-quality fabrics for our ribbons. If they get dirty, just wash them in your washing machine at 30 degrees and they’ll look as good as new! Be sure to remember this: do NOT tumble dry, but air dry your ribbons like the good ol’ days.

What's the delivery time?

You are able to choose between 2 shipping methods: Normal shipping: The Courier Guy, our local courier service, will collect the parcel from the depot in Stellenbosch and deliver to your residence or place of work anywhere within South Africa. Local same-day delivery: If order is placed before 9am in the Cape Town surrounds, the order will be with you by the end of the day delivered to your door. *If you order is > R750 the shipping will be free of charge and will be shipped with the normal shipping method.

Can I pre-order an item that’s sold out?

You can place a back order with our suede ribbons. You have to take into account that they’ll be back in stock after about 1 week.

If I'm not satisfied, can I return my ribbons?

Yes, we have a “no questions asked” 30 day return policy. If you’d like to return the ribbons for any reason you can just send them back to us. But please know that we only take care of the return costs for sandals, not for ribbons!
