Shipping & returns

You are able to choose between 2 shipping methods:

1. Normal shipping:
   
   The Courier Guy, our local courier service, will collect the parcel from the depot in Stellenbosch and
   deliver to your residence or place of work anywhere within South Africa. 
   
   
2. Local same-day delivery:
   
   If order is placed before 9am in the Cape Town surrounds, the order will be with you by the end of
   the day delivered to your door.

*If you order is > R750 the shipping will be free of charge and will be shipped with the normal shipping method.

Yes, you can track your parcel at www.thecourierguy.co.za with the waybill or tracking number sent to you when booking is made with the courier and when it is dispatched.

Of course! If your shoes don’t fit, you can just send them back to us and we’ll send you a different size or model asap. Please contact us using the contact form and don’t forget to give us your name and order number. Click here to contact us.

All products must be unused and in their original and undamaged packaging. All products will be inspected.

Yes, we have a “no questions asked” 30 day return policy. If you’d like to return the shoes for any reason you can just send them back to us, although we doubt that. Once you’ve felt how comfortable they are, you’d never want to give them back.

Make sure to:

• Contact us before returning your package so we know they are coming.
  
  

All products must be unused and in their original and undamaged packaging. All products will be inspected.

If you exchange your shoes for a different size or model we’ll take care of the shipping costs.

However, we don’t take care of the return cost of only ribbons. Also, when you just want a refund, we don’t pay for shipping.

You may allow someone other than yourself to accept your order on your behalf. So anyone available at the address listed on your order can sign for it eg staff, security or reception etc.
